Komšilook is a closed digital platform for tenants, managers and housing associations.

All important functions of the building are available in one place:

• notices from the manager
• tenant conversations and building group chat
• SOS center and safety alerts
• digital flyers, ads and local offers
• tenant polls and votes
• failure reporting and maintenance monitoring
• documents of the housing association
• financial overview of income, expenditure and building fund
• events and neighborhood help
• e-newspapers and community content

Tenants can communicate with neighbors and the manager, follow events, vote, post ads, report problems and receive important notifications.

Komsilook allows managers to manage the building, tenants, documents, finances, maintenance, notifications and surveys. The manager is also a member of the community and has all the functions available to tenants.

Only verified users get access to the community. Tenant registration can be linked to an invitation from the manager or a request for admission to the community at the address found.

Komsilook is the basis for the future Smart Building system, which includes cameras, video intercoms, digital keys, smart locks, sensors, parking and other devices connected to the building.
