AMSS RSA

The AMSS RSA application enables the digital exchange of data between the AMSS central office (OC) and the delegated roadside assistance vehicles. On the one hand, RSA vehicle drivers receive basic information about the party (vehicle, party, problem), while on the other hand, through the key points of the roadside assistance process (start, arrival assessment, arrival at the scene of the incident, completion assessment and end of the intervention), they provide efficient and quick feedback on the details of roadside assistance.

Now it is possible, instead of calling, writing down, remembering details for the intervention, digitally, i.e. quickly and efficiently, convey key roadside assistance information. In this way, mechanical mechanisms are created for quality and efficient provision of assistance on the road, as well as control of the quality of service to members and other clients of AMSS.
