2026-07-09	Ai*****	UTTERLY USELESS!!! I haven't been able to confirm online transfers or purchases for a week. On hold to customer "support" for almost an hour to be told "There's a problem with the app"! Might be time to switch banks. And these clowns think they can compete with Revolut 😂😂😂

2026-07-08	Da*****	Absolutely disgraceful app, it's telling me the number I have entered is incorrect even though it is copy and pasted from my text message, I then called the number for help and to proceed they need details off the app that I can't get into. How can developers get it so wrong? I am a business owner it's 8th of July at 7:33pm I'm sure the AIB guys are having a nice BBQ or something I have lost 90 minutes of my life on an app that is not fit for purpose and non existent support.

A child could write a better app than this. still brutal, no response to complaint. my kids could write a better app then this garbage

2026-05-05	pa*****	scrap it and start again. im close to moving my banking of the stress and cost this app is causing me. multiple times have I been booking flights etc and your app tailed to allow me to authorise the transactions, then forget to start over with airline etc and prices have risen. also lost out on ryder cut tickets as your app did the same. iv since signed up with pliant with a virtual card and no issues. revolute the same.

2026-04-27	Da*****	Its become unusable and frustrating. when the push notice comes through and you use your pin, most times the app will open and your push notice disappears... therefore you can't process the online payment. you have to hit cancel and restart the process.... time after time. this used to work great in the past but this issue began in the last 12 months.

2026-03-29	mi*****	why on earth can't ye sort out the app and get it working properly instead of telling people to contact ye with the problem. what ye need to do is fix the problem and the way to do this is hire people from bank of Ireland that look after their app technology as it actually works. I'd love to know how long your technology director went to college for this roll. Shocking app and shocking service. just down to bad management really.
