MATERIAL WEIGHT
Calculate the weight for sheet metal, flat strip, round pipe, rectangular and square pipe, round, square or hexagonal bar, angle, U profile and T profile. You also have the standard rolled profiles IPE, HEA, HEB and UPN, with catalog values. Enter the dimensions and material, and the application gives you the kilograms per piece, kilograms per linear meter and the weight for the entire batch. If you put the price per kilogram from your supplier, you can immediately see the cost.

Thirteen materials with their densities: S235 and S355 steel, galvanized sheet metal, stainless steel 304, 316 and 430, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, zinc and lead.

ABKANT EXPANDED
Calculates the length to be cut before bending, for up to eight bends on the same part. Enter the outer dimensions as shown in the drawing, the angle and the inner radius, and the application subtracts the deduction for each bend. The K factor is automatically estimated from the radius to thickness ratio and the material, but can be entered manually if you know it from your machine.

You also receive a tool recommendation: V-die opening, natural radius, minimum wing and the required force in tons. It warns you when a dimension is too small for the die and the part risks entering it.

LASER CUTTING COST AND TIME
Estimates the cutting time and cost on a 1.5, 3, 6 or 12 kW fiber source. Enter the contour length, number of perforations, thickness and material, and the application calculates the cutting speed, perforation time, positioning time and handling. The cost is broken down by electricity, auxiliary gas, consumables and labor, so you can see where the price comes from and how much the real rate per machine hour is.

QUICK QUOTE PRICE
It puts together the material, cutting, bending, other operations and batch preparation, adds the margin and gives you the price per piece and the total, with and without VAT. A button copies the text of the offer for WhatsApp or email, without your internal costs and margin appearing in it.

ALL LOCAL
The application has no account, does not ask for permissions, does not send data to any server and does not collect anything. Your prices and workshop settings remain only on the phone. It works just as well in the hall without signal.
