Tehno Electric

The official Tehno Electric app brings you the tehnoelectric.ro store on your phone. Electronics, electronic and electrical components, cables and connectors, lighting, measuring instruments, automation, tools, power supplies and batteries, accessories for PC, laptop, TV, phone and tablet. Search for the product, add it to the cart and complete the order without opening the browser.

CATALOG AND SEARCH

Browse the store categories or search directly by name, code or reference. For each product, see the current price, active discount, description, technical specifications and stock availability. When there are few pieces left, the app shows you this before you order.

On each product page, you can also find the best-selling products in the same category, so you can compare the options without going back to the list.

CART AND ACCOUNT

If you are logged in, the cart is the same on your phone and on the website. What you add from your computer you find in the app and vice versa.

In your account you have your order history, invoices, saved addresses, return requests and contact details. You can also track an order placed as a visitor, using the order number and email address.

DELIVERY

You choose the courier directly in the app. For delivery to easybox you have an interactive map: click on "closest to me" and the list is sorted by distance from you, with the distance displayed at each point. If you do not want to give access to the location, you can continue searching by city or address.

PAYMENT

You pay as you wish: cash on delivery, by bank transfer or online with your card. Online payment is made through Stripe, in a secure window, and includes Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna and Revolut Pay, depending on what is available for your device and account. The card data does not pass through the store's servers.

If a payment remains unfinished, the app offers you to resume it for the same order, without creating a new one.

NOTIFICATIONS

You can receive notifications about the status of your orders, about promotions and about the return of a product to stock, if you have requested this on the product page. Notifications can be turned off at any time from your phone settings.

SUPPORT

You have at your fingertips the phone, email, WhatsApp and the store's contact form, plus the informative pages: delivery, return, guarantees and conditions.
