The doctor account is free and you receive 100% of the fee. When the patient chooses anonymity, you only see a pseudonym, never their identity.

Security as good as medical data
Each file opening is permanently recorded in the log: who, what, when and why. Sensitive fields are encrypted in the application, and emergency access is always audited. No medical data is stored on the device.
