NETOPIA Retail Sidekick

NETOPIA Retail Sidekick is the mobile application for cashiers and store staff that use the NETOPIA Retail integrated POS and management system.
Management documents that used to be done on paper or on a computer are now drawn up
directly from your phone, from the store shelf or from the warehouse.
WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH SIDEKICK
• NIR — Entry-reception notes
Receive goods upon arrival: scan the product barcodes or add them
manually, fill in the quantities and prices, and the NIR automatically arrives in the Back
Office.
• Consumption receipts
Quickly record internal product consumption, with the same scanning or
manual addition options.
• Inventories
Take inventory directly from the store, product by product, with the scanner on your phone —
without printed lists and without subsequent data entry on the computer.
QUICK BARCODE SCANNING
Your phone's camera becomes a scanner: you can instantly identify products, and for those without a barcode, you can always add them manually.
SYNCHRONIZATION WITH THE BACK OFFICE
Documents drawn up in the application are automatically synchronized with the NETOPIA Retail Back Office when there is an internet connection, and the status of each document is visible at any time. You can continue working even when the signal in the warehouse leaves something to be desired — the data is sent as soon as the connection is restored.

Sidekick is constantly growing: new functionalities for store teams are added with each version.

The application is intended for NETOPIA Retail customers. Authentication is done with the account received from NETOPIA Retail — it is not possible to create an account directly from the
