Izvo - Registru HACCP Digital

Izvo replaces paper HACCP notebooks with digital registers, operated directly from the phone - for butchers, restaurants, bakeries, catering and other food processors.

WHAT DOES IZVO DO
• Temperatures (CCP) - record quickly, with a large keyboard (also works with gloves).
When the limit is exceeded, the application requires mandatory corrective action before saving.
• Sanitization - daily checklists by area, with photo-proof and signature at the end of the shift.
• Works WITHOUT SIGNAL - in the cold room you have no coverage, but you can record quietly; everything is saved locally and automatically synchronized when the connection returns.
• DSVSA control file - the manager exports a PDF from the web dashboard in the classic register format, ready to present to inspectors.

OPTIONAL MODULES (activate them when you need them)
• Goods receipt - record the incoming goods: supplier, notice, batch, DLC and temperature upon receipt; compliant or rejected with reason. HACCP proof of the goods received.
• Production traceability - link the received batch to the produced batch and the delivered customer
("one step back, one step forward", according to Reg. 178/2002), with stock verification.
• Withdrawal report - in the event of a recall, you instantly find out which batches and which customers are affected.

THOUGHT FOR PRODUCTION
• Large buttons, clear font, high contrast - for gloved hands and low light.
• Each record automatically carries who, when and at which work point.
• Records cannot be edited after saving - integrity for audit.

The mobile application is for operators but managers can also log in. Managers configure and view reports from the web dashboard (app.izvo.ro). Data is hosted in the European Union, in accordance with GDPR.

Izvo - Each batch has its own Izvo.
