The UI/UX is poor, non-intuitive, and frustrating compared to the Homebank app.
The app replaces the standard keyboard with a proprietary one, which is buggy, hard to use, does not allow pasting or special characters.
No option to change language within the app; the app defaults to English or cannot be switched to Romanian, which is problematic for official documents.
Notifications and copying transaction details are not functional or limited, hindering usability.

Recent reviews

Why disable keyboard suggestions in the payment details field? No logic. This app wants to be more serious and appear more secure, given it's business, but honestly, the other app, named homebank is much more usable than this while not losing anything in security. The developers of this app don't really have any concept of UX, while the other app is best in class. Strange how two similar apps from the same bank are so different. Maybe different teams...

Notifications are not working i tried everything. They are working on homebank. Also, you can't copy any info from transactions to other fields, I have to copy the pdf and work with other programs to copy the info.
