Hyluxmed Hub

Hyluxmed Hub is the internal application of the Hyluxmed team — reception, doctors and administration — that brings the clinic's activity to your phone.

What you can do with Hyluxmed Hub:

- Today: a snapshot of the day at a glance: appointments, ongoing visits and operational indicators
- Schedule: doctor calendar, creating and moving appointments, blocking intervals and waiting list
- Visits: starting and tracking visits, including walk-in patients
- Patients: quick search, patient and collaborator records
- Invoices: import invoices via photo or PDF with automatic pre-filling (OCR), confirmation with checks against duplicates, payments and cash control
- Reports: end-of-day reports and company situations
- Notifications: in-app notification center and push notifications for important events

The application is intended exclusively for Hyluxmed staff. Authentication is done with the employee account phone number, via SMS code - no password required. The functions displayed depend on the role of each user (reception, doctor, administrator).

If you are not part of the Hyluxmed team, the app will not be useful to you: for appointments as a patient, use the Hyluxmed app for patients.
