Real.Inspect is the main tool for field inspection work of real estate professionals, specifically serving the real estate agent and is intended to completely replace manual inspection documentation, paper sheets or those based on Excel files.

Users of the hydra.software platform, with the role of real estate agents, will be able to log in to the Real.Inspect application using the same credentials, for client creation and for creating and editing the inspection sheet.

It is designed to integrate with the hydra.software web platform, where the agent has access to the inspection sheets. This synchronization eliminates intermediate steps (downloading, sorting, re-entering data) and drastically reduces the time to deliver a report or comparisons with similar properties.

The most valuable element of the application is its ability to collect data in accordance with the evaluation standards in force and that meet the strict requirements of financial institutions:

Map capture: the application allows agents to capture photos and information from the location.

360° inspection sheet: the sheet is structured to include all the fields necessary for a complete evaluation (construction condition, building age, quality of finishes, state of electrical systems or seismic risk, etc.), transforming the data into a useful format for AVM analysis.

Real.Inspect is both a compliance tool and a competitive advantage for real estate agents on the ground through the map of similar properties:

Listing price determination: by immediately displaying similar properties, if any, in the area, the agent can quickly determine the optimal listing price and justify that price to the seller/buyer, improving negotiation efficiency.
