2025-01-03	Ad*****	Paid 6 month subscription after a trial. Can acces my account via browser but cannot play any audio books. The page sends me to the app, but I cannot login in the app with the same credentials. I reset the password, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, it does not work. I found no support option in the app nor the page. You only have rules and disclaimers. Worst thing is that I can only cancel the 6 months subscription, with no reimbursment, although I did not benefit from the service.

Having tried several applications along the years, both for e-reading and audiobooks, I can say that audiotribe application seems like not mature, it is very scarce in options and generally it is hard to use, i.e. following a footnote you cannot easily go back to the page you were on... No cast option for the audio. You cannot search within a book.
