Scomet

Scomet is a dedicated Chrome extension designed to enhance transparency and professionalism for apartment block owners. It provides real-time updates on the financial status of the association, specifically regarding utility bills such as water, gas, heat, and sewerage. With Scomet, owners can easily verify if their block has outstanding payments and potential risks of utility service interruptions.

The extension also simplifies routine maintenance tasks by enabling users to pay maintenance fees directly from their mobile devices anytime, eliminating the need to visit the association's cashier. Users can input consumption data for utilities and request adjustment of occupant counts affecting maintenance calculations. By installing Scomet, owners gain confidence that their maintenance payments are properly managed and utilized, fostering transparent and professional financial oversight within the residential community.
