DCM edu

DCM edu is the official app of the DCM edu educational center (SmartyKids and Impact), for the center's staff and for parents with an account on the platform.

The application brings to your phone exactly the platform you already use in the browser, with everything related to the daily activity of the center:

• Students and legal representatives — complete records, contact details, registrations
• Courses and groups — the schedule of each group, levels, rooms
• Catalog and attendance — marking attendance directly from the phone, during class
• Calendar — the meetings of the day, by groups and rooms
• Payments and subscriptions — payment status, active subscriptions, payment link
• Invoicing — invoices issued, with download to the phone
• Reports — attendance, receipts, group status
• Leave — requests and approvals for staff
• Photo galleries — photos from activities, accessible to parents
• Diplomas — generation and download
• Webmail — the center's mailbox

REAL-TIME NOTIFICATIONS
Receive a notification on your phone when something that concerns you occurs: a marked absence, an invoice issued, a leave request to be approved, a new lead. Each notification takes you directly to the appropriate page. Notifications can be turned off at any time, for the entire account or just for a specific phone, from the Notifications screen.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• The application does not have its own account: you log in with your platform data, just like in a browser.
• It does not store student or parent data on the phone.
• Card payments always open in the system browser, with the address and certificate visible — never inside the application.
• Downloaded files (invoices, diplomas) are automatically deleted from the phone after about 24 hours.
• All communication is done exclusively via HTTPS.
