Aproape — your family

Aproape helps families stay connected and coordinate everyday care, even when loved ones live far apart.

STAY CLOSE
• Create a private circle and invite loved ones with a secure code or link.
• Choose the interface that fits the device: Simple mode with large, clear actions or Full mode for family coordination.
• Send an explicit “I'm okay” check-in. Simply opening the app or frame mode is never treated as that check-in.

CONVERSATIONS AND MEMORIES
• Text, photo, and voice messages inside the family circle.
• Family stories in text, voice, or pictures.
• Frame mode turns a phone or tablet into a screen for the clock, photos, events, and reminders. Local weather is optional and uses approximate location only while frame mode is open.

EVERYDAY ORGANIZATION
• Family tasks and calendar events with configurable reminders.
• Medication schedules, times, and “Taken” confirmations. Exact alarms are optional; reminders remain available without that special access.
• An optional journal for allergies and information the family should know in an urgent situation.

SOS WITH A CLEAR CHOICE
• The SOS button asks for confirmation and alerts members of the family circle.
• You can include one-time location or send the alert without location.
• Family members can mark the incident as seen, taken over, and resolved.
• Aproape does not automatically contact emergency services.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
• No ads and no use of your data for advertising.
• Email is optional and can be added for security, recovery, and web deletion.
• Review active devices, export your data, and permanently delete the account in the app. A web deletion request is available too.
• Location is not tracked in the background. Location and microphone use are explained before the Android permission prompt.

Aproape is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Medication and health details are entered by users only to help their family organize. The app is not a substitute for a doctor or emergency services.
