Je tiens à exprimer mon mécontentement concernant votre gestion totalement inacceptable et non professionnelle de ma commande. Après avoir passé commande, vous avez attendu 40 minutes avant de me contacter pour m’informer que vous ne livriez finalement pas dans ma zone. Sérieusement ? Si votre zone de livraison est limitée, la moindre des choses est de le préciser avant d’accepter la commande, et non de faire perdre 40 minutes au client pour ensuite l’annuler.
