2023-08-06	um*****	Creates issues with Citrix Workspace, I got the error "No active policy is found in Secondary authentication cascade. Please contact your administrator," which I tracked down to this addon by process of elimination with my addons, starting from Safe/Troubleshoot Mode.

2020-12-09	vc*****	Phone detection is inconsistent. This would be very powerful in Salesforce. RingCentral plugin is not usable with Salesforce reports. In Chrome it doesn't work as well. I can use RingCentral quick call in other views like contacts and contact details. Has potential, but very it's currently very bad.

2020-02-28	ch*****	The Chrome version of this allows you to activate the extension on the sites you choose. On Firefox you are forced to have it running on every site. Is it possible this will be updated?
