Latest amusement: the schedule button disappears when you try to select a time

When I try to book dial a ride journeys it won't take my home address it keeps saying I live at 14_12 top hill st London sw1 when it shows local areas it shows all addresses around sw1 it won't let me input my local areas so I'm unable to book my own rides I'm deaf and can't use telephone so I'm having to ask a friend to book my rides as she can use telephone. Can you help me overcome this situation please
