What is it?
CARTS Connex is a same day transportation service that allows riders to book convenient rides in areas of Columbiana, Washingtonville, and Salem for shopping, going to work, or wherever you need to go in the service area. On demand transportation means that you can get a ride when you need it, in real time. You do not need to schedule your ride in advance.

How does it work?

With the CARTS Connex app, you will be able to select your pickup location, tell us where you want to go, select your ride, and track it in real-time. When your ride is near, you will receive a text notification that your ride has arrived. Book rides for yourself or small groups of up to three people. All rides must start and finish within the service zone.
