Lakeshore Go is dedicated to providing affordable, convenient curb-to-curb transportation for our community members in the City of Ferrysburg, City of Grand Haven, Grand Haven Township, Village of Spring Lake, and Spring Lake Township. We work hard to keep costs down, ensuring everyone has access to our public transportation system.

To reserve your ride:
- Easily select a pickup location, date and time on our app.
- Enter your destination. We can take you from curb-to-curb anywhere in our coverage area.
- Our drivers will meet you at your pickup spot. Please make sure you are ready and waiting for your Harbor Transit ride to arrive.

App works great 9/10 times. Its nice being able to schedule weeks in advance and not have to call for a ride everyday. Sometimes the real time map of the bus doesn't update or isn't completely accurate but it's not that big of a deal. I use the app daily and without it or harbor Transit I wouldn't have a ride to work!

The half-hour window for a pickup is not very useful for people going to work. It'll text a pickup time the day of pickup and then arrive at a later time than given. Which means now you're late to wherever you have to be. (I've been late to work twice) I've almost missed the bus a few times due to wrongful confirmation texts the day of. This is with zero construction in the area at the time as well. The bus drivers are great and friendly, but the system itself is not that great. Not reliable!!
