Take back control of your browsing with Rewire! Our free, privacy-first AI detects negative content and helps you break free from doom scrolling.

All analysis happens locally on your computer—no data ever leaves your machine. The extension aims to identify and quantify "doomscrolling" by analyzing the content of web pages and tracking user interaction. It does this for a predefined list of popular websites like YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a default configuration for all other sites.

View your browsing habits with the analytics dashboard, gain insights into usage, scrolling, daily average doom score, domains visited, and more! Block troublesome domains or get notified when you consecutively encounter negative content.
