Stream your real-time heart rate to VRChat and other OSC-enabled applications. HeartOSC receives live BPM data from a Bluetooth LE monitor or Wear OS watch and sends it to your avatar over OSC for responsive displays and interactions.

🔧 OSC COMPATIBILITY

HeartOSC is compatible with avatar setups made for Iron Heart and VRCOSC Bluetooth Heartrate. Parameter paths and VRCOSC-compatible output can be configured from Settings.

Adjust the heartbeat pulse duration from 1 to 5000 milliseconds to match your avatar animations.

💪 SUPPORTED DEVICES

HeartOSC supports Bluetooth LE monitors that implement the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate Service, including models from Polar, Wahoo, Garmin, Coospo, and others.

The companion app supports compatible Wear OS watches with a built-in heart rate sensor, including Google Pixel Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, and Fossil Gen 6.

🎨 QUICK SETUP

1. Enable OSC in VRChat
2. Enter your VRChat PC's local IP address in HeartOSC
3. Choose Bluetooth LE or Wear OS as your input source
4. Connect your monitor or start the HeartOSC watch companion
5. See your live heart rate in VRChat

The default output works with nullstalgia's Heart Rate Display prefab and other compatible avatar assets.

🔒 PRIVACY

HeartOSC:

• Has no ads, analytics, accounts, or tracking
• Does not collect or upload data to a HeartOSC-operated server
• Does not store heart rate session history
• Sends OSC data only to the address you configure
• Uses Google Play services to deliver data from a paired Wear OS watch
• Is open source and available for inspection

⚙️ TECHNICAL DETAILS

• OSC protocol over UDP
• Android 8.0 or newer for the phone app
• Wear OS 3.0 or newer for the watch companion
• Local network connection to your OSC receiver
• Bluetooth, sensor, location, and notification permissions are requested only where required by Android and the selected input source
