Read in Romaji Firefox

Read in Romaji

By: cf7 Add-on
Read Japanese websites in romaji. Add reading guides above Japanese text while keeping the original page visible.

Features & Capabilities

Read in Romaji helps you read Japanese websites without leaving the page.

It places romaji reading guides above Japanese text so hiragana, katakana, and supported kanji are easier to follow while keeping the original page visible.

Use it on news articles, blogs, reference pages, social content, comments, and other everyday Japanese web content. Adjust conversion, hover tools, and reading options from the popup, then read directly on the site you are already using.

Core reading features work directly in the browser. Optional Pro features add stronger kanji support, higher-accuracy reading tools, and extra glossary features.
