The extension supports various TDA smart card readers, including Bluetooth and USB models such as TDA301BT, TDA2910R, and TDA3310V2.

Features include reading 24 items from Thai ID cards, including personal details and photos, with compatibility across all generations of ID cards to date. The SDK supports Java programming and requires Android version 4.0 or higher. Users should ensure battery optimization settings allow TDAService to run correctly in the background. Although technical support has ended as of December 2019, TDAService remains useful for legacy applications. For new projects, the NALib development kit is recommended.
