2026-06-03	Ak*****	Very disappointing experience with app. I returned the product as per their return policy, and the item has already been received by their team. However, my refund has still not been processed. Customer support has not provided a satisfactory resolution, and I have had to follow up multiple times without any clear update. This kind of delay is unacceptable and creates a poor customer experience. I request Rare Rabbit to process my refund immediately and improve their after-sales service.

2026-06-02	ab*****	worst experience so far. placed an order for a pair of shoes. there is no address taken down and the order goes through. wrote an email to customer care about the issue, less than 24 hours later, I get a 'hope you are happy with the resolution' email without any solution. worst possible customer care I have come across ever.
