Planning of legume cultivation
Spinach, cilantro, fenugreek, shepu should be planted from November to February. Good yields are obtained from these crops in a short period of time.

Adequate water is required for cultivation of legumes. Planting of leafy vegetables should be done little by little, but consistently. Therefore, leafy vegetables can be supplied as per the market demand.

Spinach, Cilantro, Fenugreek, Shepu should be planted in phases from November to February.

1) Select medium, loamy and medium depth land for cultivation of legumes. Choose soil with plenty of organic manure and well drained water.

2) Cultivate the soil and mix well decomposed manure. Depending on the slope of the land, 3x2 m flat pavements should be constructed.

3) 20 to 30 cm in a flat waffle. Sow seeds in rows at a distance. Before sowing, seed treatment of 3 gm Captan per kg of seed should be done. Lightly water immediately after sowing. Weeding is easier if the seeds are sown in rows. It also makes harvesting easier.

4) Sowing should be done at intervals of 10 to 15 days for continuous supply of vegetables.

5) Before sowing, grate coriander and divide it into two parts. Germination occurs early (within 90 days) if the seed is soaked in water overnight before sowing and then dried well.

6) Fenugreek grows in four days after sowing. Kasuri methi takes 6 to 7 days to germinate.

7) Amaranth seeds should be sown with dry soil or fine sand. After germination, weeding should be done as required, weeds should be removed and watering should be done.

8) Spinach full grown green clover leaves 15 to 30 cm. The height of the leaf stalk is 5 to 7.5 cm from the ground. Keep the parts and cut or cut the upper part.

9) Fenugreek, cilantro and other leafy vegetables should be harvested while the leaves are tender.
