HOW PROVIDERS WORK A JOB

1. Log in and set online when ready for work
2. Open schedule or order detail
3. Start journey when leaving for the site
4. Request arrival, complete service, and confirm payment/POD as required
5. Optionally manage extras on custom jobs when scope changes

CUSTOM REQUESTS

Customers send free-form jobs with description and media. You quote. If accepted and paid or POD-booked, the job becomes an order. On site extras follow approve/reject + visiting-charge logic on the customer side—use reason fields clearly so the customer can decide fast.

PERMISSIONS

• Location (including background where journey ping is used) keeps live tracking accurate
• Notifications so you never miss a request
• Camera/storage for proofs and media as needed
