It detects duplicates across portals — the same property often appears on more than one website. QuickLead Home recognizes this and combines the information, instead of giving you the same house twice.

Price Drop Alert — whenever we detect a price drop in one of the properties you've already captured, that drop is automatically reflected in your portfolio.

AI Assistant — answers questions about listed properties, requests comparisons, and the assistant also has access to services and points of interest closest to the properties you capture.
