macOS Spotlight-style search to quickly click links and buttons on the page without using a mouse.

Features & Capabilities

macOS Spotlight-style search to quickly click links and buttons on the page without using a mouse.

Navigate websites using only your keyboard. This extension adds a Spotlight-style search bar to your browser, allowing you to find and click links or buttons without using a mouse.

Press your custom shortcut to open the floating search interface on any active tab. Type the name of the element you want to interact with. The search function instantly scans the page, handling partial matches and minor typos. Use your arrow keys to scroll through the results, which will highlight the target on the webpage. Press enter to click.

It is built for speed and simplicity. The extension caches the page structure when opened, meaning your search results appear instantly as you type. It also prevents conflicts with standard website keyboard shortcuts while the search bar is active. Improve your accessibility and browse the internet faster by keeping your hands on the keyboard.

A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Quick Press does not require any sensitive permissions.
