Inconsistent page turning with keys

Text width changes when opening or closing the table of contents
Slight lag in text scaling and control bar visibility during zooming

View settings do not track position (except through bookmarks)
Table of contents does not track progress
Occasional lag in page rendering
No right-to-left or vertical text support
Cannot hide/show table of contents
