Abraj Operation

Abraj Operation is the internal operations app for Abraj Hotels Group in Doha, Qatar. It is used by our own staff only and requires a company account to sign in.

The app brings a hotel team's daily work into one place:

• Room service orders — receive, prepare and track guest orders in real time
• Housekeeping — daily cleaning tasks, room inspections, arrivals and departures
• Maintenance — report faults, assign technicians and follow each job to completion
• Front desk — check-ins, check-outs, extensions and visitor passes
• Finance — cheques, refunds, deposits and POS reconciliation
• Sales — leads, appointments, contracts and commissions
• Human resources — employee files, requests, shifts, payroll and documents
• Warehouse and purchasing — stock levels, requests and approvals

Staff receive instant notifications for the work assigned to them, so a maintenance fault or a room ready for cleaning reaches the right person immediately instead of waiting for someone to open a screen.

Access is limited to employees of Abraj Hotels Group with an account created by their administrator. The app is not intended for the general public and offers no purchases or advertising.
