Developed by the Election Commission of India, it offers a user-friendly platform accessible through an Android app or call service numbers, ensuring customized electoral services are within easy reach.

Users can submit essential personal details such as name, address, mobile number, and relevant constituency information. First-time voters provide these details to initiate enrollment, while registered voters use their EPIC number. Subsequently, a booth level officer visits the applicant's home to complete formalities, after which voter ID cards are dispatched directly to their address. This seamless approach improves accessibility and inclusion in the electoral process for PwDs.

In new voter registration, you are unable to go ahead bcoz you have to click on disability option then only you can go ahead, if you have no disability u can't fill the form of new voter registration. Bcoz you cannot go ahead of disability option. Don't they check apk before going live how anyone would make new registration.
