Completamente inaceitável não existir opção para usar a conta, caso o utilizador deixe de ter acesso a um telemóvel antigo. Conheço um caso que uma pessoa partiu o telemóvel, e está a mais de uma semana sem acesso ao dinheiro e à espera da resposta do suporte porque não conseguem resolver esta situação. Sendo que esta é uma situação comum e que todas (mas mesmo todas) as aplicações bancárias permitem resolver sem sequer contactar o suporte.
