Muito caminho a percorrer, mas esta APP lá vai indo, ainda que um pouco ao "pé-coxinho "

Not user-friendly. Needs location permissions to work. If you force-deny, the app is completely unresponsive, if it doesn't crash. Notification system has no explanation on how it works or any of its functionality. If one chooses "yellow warnings", does it mean we get orange and red as well? Is it the minimum to trigger a notification? No explanation. App shouldn't exist because these warnings should be natively part of meteo@ipma weather app.
