2ARTs

The 2ARTs mobile application is a support tool for Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs (PRC), which, together with the online prescription platform associated with it and which is used by the CRP clinical team, constitutes an instrument for the operationalization of hybrid CRP. Use of PRC 2ARTs requires enrollment of the prescribing center/hospital in the program. After registering, users receive credentials to download the application and access their PRC, which is personalized and supervised by the clinical team.
