GECI: Event Management

GECI is an event management and intelligent coordination app for producers, agencies, venues, and on-site teams.

Keep every event in one shared workspace, from preparation through live operations:

• events, clients, dates, venues, and statuses;
• preparation tasks and event details;
• roadbooks with timings, locations, teams, and programme moments;
• teams, members, and access tailored to each role;
• documents, photos, comments, and operational information;
• budgets, calendar, and notifications;
• public pages, PDF exports, and GECIWall for sharing or following an event.

See what is happening now and what comes next, track changes, and keep every team aligned with the information relevant to their work. Filtered access helps protect internal data by showing guests and suppliers only the content they are authorised to see.

When enabled, AI tools use event context to help organise information and answer operational questions. Sending content to external services requires explicit consent.

The app is available in Portuguese and English. A GECI account is required; available modules and actions depend on the workspace and permissions assigned to you. Access to GECI accounts is exclusively for professionals aged 18 or over.
