Serviin

The Serviin app helps people who are deaf or hard of hearing to communicate with the hearing society through an online LGP interpretation service.

The Serviin App bridges the gap between the deaf person and the hearing person, allowing you to communicate in LGP with partners as well as calling a taxi, the authorities or communicating with your employer, among others. The need for the physical presence of an interpreter is replaced by online access to an LGP interpreter via a video call.

Main functions and features:
- Professional online interpretation in Portuguese Sign Language by professional interpreters via video call.
- Access to an interpreter without the need to book or make an appointment.
- Possibility of connecting to our partners' call center without barriers through an interpreter in LGP.
- Possibility to communicate in LGP with hearing family and friends from the smartphone.
- List of partners, services and contacts in the App.

The Serviin application requires an Internet connection.
