I've been using this app for a couple of years now. I rated it 5-stars. Unfortunately, it seems it is not maintained anymore. (incompatible with the latest Android version) No error but Google Play says it cannot be installed on some of my devices (the most recent ones)

Very useful to save carrying/photographing cards. Works well. Simple to use. Free. Unlike highly advertised alternatives, it simply stores the numbers locally (from where one can back it up however one likes to back up files) rather than a dodgy tracking online account.
