Our smart extension enhances property listings by displaying a convenient preview panel with key information that is often buried in long descriptions. Sign in for a free account to save properties across portals, track price changes since you saved, and hide listings you don't want to see again.

Key Features:

• At-a-Glance Preview Panel: See crucial property details without leaving the search page. Displays key info such as Availability Date, Postcode, Floor Level, Furnish Type, Parking, Garden, Floor Area, and Pet Policy.
• Save & Organize: Save properties to a default collection or your own custom collections — across all seven portals. Tag each with a status (New, Shortlisted, Viewing, Offered, Dismissed) and hide listings you don't want to see in search results.
• Notes: Add a personal note to any property, from the listing card, the preview, or your saved list. Press n on any property page.
• Price-Change Tracking: Every saved property captures the price at the moment you saved it, then shows the delta against the current price (↓ £15k since you saved). Sort your saved list by biggest drop.
• Activity Status: Each saved item shows an Active / Quiet / Stale badge so you can spot listings that may have been removed without clicking through.
• Price History Tracking: View crowdsourced price history for every listing — helps you gauge value and negotiation potential.
• Contextual Extracts: Shows snippets from the original description so you can see where each detail comes from.
• Quick External Links: Jump to useful resources for each property — Google Maps, Directions, Street View, local area info from Streetcheck, Crystal Roof, and StreetScan, plus the Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) Map.
• Keyboard Shortcuts: Browse faster with your keyboard — j/k to move between listings, p to show/hide the preview, s to save the current property, x to hide it, n to add a note.
• Floor Plan Analysis (Experimental): When details like floor area or level are missing, it can attempt to extract them from floor plan images using OCR.
