2024-06-04	Um*****	Poor service no phone numbes active for customer support. Refund and returns are very time consuming. Please read the refund policies before placing any order. I had ordered a full length cricket bat and got a small one. Despite they had written in the product description that it is a full length bat. You click on return on your order and get error "return portal is not accessible".

But they have watsapp contact and we can reach out to them. They are responsive and I got refund. Thanks prokick

2023-09-26	Sa*****	I ordered a badminton racquet 2 months ago and it is broken at 3 points while playing without hitting anything else except shuttlecork which is expected to hit..there is no product fault warranty as it costs me approximately 11k and just two months life..very disappointing experience...now nobody is picking up phone for support..whatsapp response is also very lousy..hope common sense prevails!

2023-05-28	Ab*****	These guys are frauds. I had requested a return and an exchange. The return was taken from my place over a month ago. The acknowledgement of receipt was done by them, but the refund has not yet been done. I have called multiple times and messaged regarding the same, but I have not received any reply. In addition to this, the person with whom i had spoken to one month back was brash and was not civil while talking. I had to ask him to change his tone and behaviour.
