After the first operation is confirmed in the SAP system and the part label is generated, all subsequent production operations can be tracked and confirmed through this mobile or web application.

Key Workflow:

1. QR Code Scanning
Operators scan the QR code printed on the part label during the first operation confirmation.

2. Automatic Operation Detection
Based on the scanned serial number, the system automatically identifies and displays the next pending operation for the specific part.

3. Operation Status Selection
Operators can quickly select the processing status:
• OK
• Scrap
• Rework

4. Operation Confirmation
Once the status is selected, the operator confirms the operation with a single tap.

5. Real-Time Data Recording
The system records operation confirmations serial-number-wise and operation-wise in the backend system for accurate production tracking and monitoring.
