Going from Union to the AGO is cheaper on Hovr, it's Canadian and the drivers get paid more, it's great!

Changed my rating to 1. The app charged my card twice for $20 and I didn't even get a ride. I requested a ride but no cars in the vicinity and my card was still charged. I tried giving this app a try because of the business model but it's a no for me.
