The App does not give any phone number or Email address to confirm the booking. I have booked for tomorrow 6 AM. How will the money be paid? What alternative if the cabbie does not report? Is there a cancellation fee? Does company keep track of progress of the ride and anything that may go wrong? I can be cheated since there is no way to give a two way feed back.There should be some way to inquire in case of a new company. Feel concerned, if I should cacel the scheduled booking.

your Services are good, drivers are professional. but you have to do some changes in you App , like Add Otp verification while taking ride and show a fix amount. rest all are good 👍.
