User reviews of PingID for Android are mixed with many negative experiences. The most common issues are reliability on mobile devices—authentication often works only from a laptop or not at all on phones—and problems with codes, including incorrect passcodes, expirations, and the need to resend. Several users also report not being able to find codes within the app, and some encounter missing QR codes after device updates. Additional frustration comes from needing two apps for Workday and from inconsistent flow between push approvals and in-app re-authentication. A minority report positive experiences where it works as intended.

The worst cheap clunky app; never works right, and God forbid you change phones - you will be unable to sign into, say, work ever again. SO stupid, of course no customer service whatsoever. POS/major annoyance & waste of time.

I call it absolutely user unfriendly. The old version of PingID worked like magic. Whoever came up with this version needs to give you your money back and then get fired.
