The Sugar-Check app is your digital self-monitoring diary that helps you manage your diabetes. The app syncs with your Accu-Chek Instant®* glucometer via Bluetooth® and automatically collects and stores your results.
GLUCOSE LEVELS: Monitoring your blood sugar levels has never been easier. Take a test with your Accu-Chek Instant® glucometer, and after syncing, your data will appear immediately in the app. You can also manually enter your results into the app without connecting to your meter.

TRENDS AND AVERAGES: The app helps you identify low and high glucose levels. It also calculates average readings for 7, 14, 30, and 90 days so you can track your results and progress. Visual graphs show the trend of your measurements and whether they are within the normal range recommended by your healthcare professional. If you take more than 6 readings per day, enable "Detailed" mode in the "Dynamics" section, and the graphs will switch to a detailed hourly view.

VISUAL REPORTS We've made reporting as convenient as possible. Generate detailed reports with one click and share your measurement results in any way convenient for more effective health management. When creating a report, you can select not only standard periods (7, 14, 30, and 90 days) but also specify a specific date range from 1 to 90 days. Measurements added manually without syncing with the meter are marked as "Manual entry" and can be subsequently edited or deleted.

EMIAS**
Users using the Accu-Chek Instant® glucometer, as well as those living and registered in regions where the EMIAS system is implemented, can take advantage of the app's additional feature: automatic transfer of glucose measurement data from the Accu-Chek Instant® meter to the EMIAS system.

IMPORTANT: Manually entered measurements are not transferred to the EMIAS system!

PERSONALIZED REMINDERS: Set up reminders for important events: specify the time, frequency, and message text to help you remember to enter measurements, take medication, drink water, or buy test strips.

PERSONALIZED APPROACH: Mark your measurement results before or after meals and add personalized comments to each measurement: record physical activity, how you feel, or other important details for a complete picture of your self-monitoring. Set your target glucose range in the app according to your healthcare professional's recommendations to quickly assess whether your results are above, below, or within your target range.

Thanks to performance optimization, the app runs even faster and more reliably, securely storing all your data. The app does not diagnose, evaluate, or replace a healthcare professional's treatment.
