SAR.PRO — Gestão Jurídica

SAR.PRO is the management platform for law firms. This app is the platform's mobile companion: it gives the firm's team tasks that can't wait for the computer to be done on their cell phones.

IMPORTANT: the app requires an active SAR.PRO account, provided by the firm where you work. It does not function as a standalone app and does not allow you to create your own account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO THROUGH THE APP

• Electronic time clock — register entry, breaks, and exit with photo and location, even without internet at the time of clocking in: the record is stored on the device and uploads automatically when the connection returns. Local reminders notify you when to clock in even with the app closed.

• Calendar and appointments — hearings, deadlines, and meetings of the day, with advance notice.

• Client service — chat via the firm's WhatsApp, send and receive files, record and listen to voice messages, and answer calls, all recorded in the client's history.

• Document scanner — use the camera to capture documents, crop them, and send them directly to the client's folder.

• Processes and pending items — view the process file, movements, and pending items assigned to you.

• Support — open a ticket directly from the app and attach a video or photo recorded on your phone.

• Contacts and finances — client data and the office's financial summary.

• Biometric login — after activation, log in with your fingerprint or facial recognition instead of typing your password. Verification is done by Android itself: no biometric image leaves the device, and the stored credential is encrypted with a hardware-protected key.

PERMISSIONS AND WHY THEY ARE REQUESTED

• Camera — photo of the time clock entry, document scanning, and video attached to support.

• Microphone — voice messages and calls in customer service.

• Precise location — verify the location of the time clock entry. Used only at the time of clocking in, never in the background.

• Notifications — reminder of clocking in and out times and daily appointments.

• Alarms and reminders — set reminders to appear at the correct time. Without this permission, the application continues to function, displaying a notification window for up to 5 minutes.

• Biometrics — log in with fingerprint or facial recognition, if you enable it. Optional.
