How it works:
You add the people who care about you — mom, dad, partner, a close friend — and choose how they'll be reached: via
Telegram, Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Then, once a day (or every 2–3 days, or weekly — you choose), you just tap OK.
That's it.

If you don't check in within the set period, your loved ones automatically receive a notification — including an
emergency message you can write in advance.
