App is crashing all the time, can't be used at all. Please fix that

Application doesn't work at all. Not a bad heater but an application is a catastrophe. Also, it always resets heat as it wants. If I knew they could't get the app to work, I wouldn't buy the heater. Terrible app! Don't buy the heater and don't install the app. Also, I will not be contacting the service department with my version of Android, bacause app should work on a 3 year old phone.
