Deley: Delivery a Domicilio

Deley is Ambato's delivery app. Order from over 25 restaurants in your city or send a delivery from one point to another, all from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Order food and more from restaurants in Ambato.

• See the delivery cost before confirming.

• Track your order live.

• Check out each restaurant's specials.

• Customize your order at restaurants that offer it.

• Repeat a previous order with a tap.

• Send deliveries within Ambato: select the pickup and delivery locations, choose the vehicle, and see the price before confirming.

HOW YOU PAY
Orders are paid in cash upon delivery or via direct bank transfer to the restaurant's account. Delivery is paid in cash to the driver. Deley never receives or holds your payment and doesn't charge a commission: you pay for your order and the delivery.

The delivery price you see is the price you pay, even for taxis. If the restaurant doesn't confirm your order, you can cancel it free of charge.
