I liked the Bodyess app enough to subscribe to it. I'm still learning to use it, but it has been pretty intuitive so far. What I really like about it is it analyzes my meals and tells where I'm coming up short or what I'm doing well. It then offers ways to improve, e.g. add X grams of raspberries for fiber or 15ml of olive oil for healthy fat. For some reason, the mild "scoldings" really strike a chord with me, and I find myself making better choices because of it. I really like it
